Pernille Kjærgaard Christiansen defends PhD thesis
On 12 December 2022 at 2:00 p.m., Pernille Kjærgaard Christiansen defends her PhD thesis “Healthy Together – a behavioral change intervention to support a healthy lifestyle postpartum”.
In her project, she developed the intervention Healthy Together as a module in the app My Hospital. Healthy Together contains weekly push-notifications, podcasts and exercise videos, and it is a potentially feasible tool to assist women in improving their lifestyle postpartum.
