CIMT takes the prize at e-health battle
Innovation consultant Eva Lund made a clean sweep of the e-health observatory 2017 when she won both the judges' and the audience's prize!
Eva participated in the battle for innovative, digital health solutions with a project on digital application for transport reimbursement for patients at OUH.
As a patient, you can apply to be reimbursed for your expenses for transport to and from the hospital, and that process has previously been both slow and cumbersome and required a lot of paperwork. With the digital application and processing, the processing time has been reduced to 48 hours, where it previously took up to 10 days!
The system makes a huge difference to both the patients and the staff at the hospital, and both the judging committee and the audience at the e-health observatory could see that, so at the gala dinner Eva was presented with the prize for best presentation for the e-health battle.
