Kevin Dean is a Visiting Professor in telehealth and assistive living at the Maersk Mc-Kinney Moeller Institute at the University of Southern Denmark. He is the Managing Director of Smart Health Science Limited providing support on innovation in health and care to private, public and third-sector organisations.
Dean has worked with implementation of telemedicine and eHealth in both Great Britain and Denmark for many years, and prior to founding Smart Health Science Limited, he led Cisco’s global open innovation team focused on health, care and life sciences, working closely with customers at national, regional and local levels.
Dean was a member of the Advisory Board for the major research project Patient@Home.
