Research Committee

Like the other departments at Odense University Hospital (OUH), the Centre for Innovative Medical Technology (CIMT) has a research committee which makes decisions on the research unit’s strategic aims and is responsible for putting the research strategy into practice.

The committee is an advisory capacity in relation to new projects, recruitment of researchers, implementation of research results in practice, prioritising funding application etc.

The committee consists of physicians, nurses, a researcher from the Faculty of Engineering, a healthcare economist and a researcher in management and implementation. Professor and Head of Research at CIMT, Kristian Kidholm chairs the research committee.
